The purpose of a probationary period is to suspend or modify the usual employment rules for an employee who is learning a job. During this time, the employees undergo continuous monitoring and they are reviewed on their progress based on the monthly reports . The supervisor will provide detailed feedback and coaching. EXPLORATION CIRCLE OPINIONS
Sangeeth Eswaran, who started the exploration circle on the “Game Of Thrones” shares his experience with us.
“To my amazement, I was given a chance to start my circle on Game of Thrones and I was astonished when 7 people turned up once this was known.
We have set tasks to explore about CGI used, character complexity, the exclusively invented languages, locations, music etc. We even intend to predict what will happen in the next seasons. We will present the book shortly.
Time would seem to run fast when we meet. The greatest advantage of having a buddy circle is that, you get enlightened by being surrounded only by the like-minded people. I thank Ré for making us more than simple fans of Game of thrones i.e. EXPLORERS.”
“Self Circle” another exploration circle which focuses on self- development, was begun by Nishanth and he tells us about the circle.
“I created my exploration circle with first year fresher’s who are curious to discover more about themselves. We carried out many activities such as reading articles, journals, discussions on their goal and their problems in life. We shared our knowledge and experience with other members of the circle. They explored their positive and negative aspects and are now working on how to change their negatives into positives with the help of the SWOT analysis. I personally motivated them; they showed their skills and talents while doing self development activities. We learnt a lot about ourselves and we will continue our sessions with more useful activities and discussions.”
